Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lizzie’s Body Contour & Wellness Studio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 4-5 business days, Saturdays included. Orders are not shipped on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery depending on the speed of shipping purchased at checkout. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for order notifications from the website.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order 14 business days before that time. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered depending on your relation to Nevada.

 

If you find your order has not been delivered in this time window, please email us at Lbcwellnessstudio@gmail.com with your order number so we could further assist you.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Lizzie’s Body Contour & Wellness Studio does not ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Damages

 

Lizzie’s Body Contour & Wellness Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
